I promise, you’re not weird for finishing easier by yourself! It’s actually very normal…

When you’re alone, there’s usually more control, less pressure, and stimulation that’s actually tailored to your body

On top of that, the oh gap is a thing, mostly due to lack of knowledge about the c**t and societal misconceptions about pleasuring said c**t. This is a HUGE reason why it’s easier for women especially to oh easier solo vs with a partner

So no matter what parts you have, there is nothing wrong with you for preferring to self-serve sometimes than to have partnered play

Tell us, do you usually come better solo or with a partner? 👀

You don’t have to smoke (or even feel high) to mix 🍃 and bedroom activities 🌿

There are so many ways to use it depending on what you’re looking for, whether that’s more relaxation, sensitivity, or body awareness

Think of this as your “choose your own experience” guide

Which one are you most curious about? 👀

You don’t have to smoke to combine seggs and gardening 🍃

There are actually a LOT of ways people incorporate 🍃 into intimacy depending on the experience they want:

• more sensation
• more relaxation
• more body awareness
• less tension

From infused l**e to low-dose edibles to bath soaks, 🍃 + 🌶️ is way more nuanced than people think

The key is figuring out what works for your body

Which method are you most curious about? 👀

“Just relax” is terrible seggs advice.

Most bodies don’t respond to pressure by relaxing. They respond to feeling safe, present, and actually turned on.

You don’t need to force yourself to relax harder.
You need better buildup, less pressure, and more connection.

That’s the difference.

My journal is 1 year old today! 😭💕

Fun fact, I actually started working on this journal four years ago when I noticed I was journaling more and more about my own seggsuality, but felt I had no guidance to do so (yes, even while being a whole seggsologist lol)…I knew I wanted to create a safe vessel to really hone in on my own journey but I was not in the place to create it when I first had the idea

Fast forward to a year ago where a session with a client completely reignited the idea. Literally while having a conversation about intimacy and aura, I got the idea to create my brand and finally I was ready to bring this the journal to life. I am so grateful that I did

Thank you so much to everyone who’s brought this journal into their lives, who’s liked commented or shared my content about the journal or otherwise, who’s downloaded my freebies and told your friends about it, I am so appreciative of you. Thank you for validating this idea and for letting me be a part of your seggsual wellness journey in such a meaningful way 🥰🫶 also, swipe to see how it started vs how it ended up

Here’s to year 2!

Foreplay isn’t something you rush through to get to the “main part.”

For a lot of people, that IS the main part.

It’s where connection builds.
It’s where your body actually gets on board.

And when you skip that you skip the part that makes you wanna keep doing it in the first place. Stop doing that.

Today’s question from a spicy therapist: why do you have seggs? Is it to perform or to be present? Let’s talk about it 💕

If you liked this question, i have a bunch more in my Spicy Self-Discovery Journal, only available at shopintimaura.com 😌 (ps the other app censored some parts of the vid when I posted it, I apologize!)

There’s no single way people respond after SA.

Some people want seggs.
Some people avoid it.
Some people feel nothing.
Some people feel everything.

And a lot of people move between all of it.

None of these responses mean you’re broken.
None of them mean you’re doing healing “wrong.”

Your body adapted the way it needed to.
