After college, I left my role as a University Assistant without a perfect plan - only a call to take a leap of faith, discover more of myself, and continue healing.

I spent years pursuing modeling. I served as a fashion club president, taught runway, and built meaningful relationships throughout Connecticut and New England’s arts community. I truly believed it might become my future. Instead, it became one chapter in a much bigger search.

Movement remained an anchor. Dancing in college and serving as a BodyRoc Fit Lab brand ambassador strengthened my discipline, confidence, and appreciation for growing in community.

Searching for deeper healing and purpose led me to practice more yoga and study shamanic energy healing - the first sign my path was changing.

Then I discovered CranioSacral Therapy.

That discovery led me into massage school, licensure in 2019, and yoga teacher training alongside school. Since then, I’ve remained committed to continuing education while gaining years of clinical experience alongside chiropractors and acupuncture physicians, deepening my understanding of pain, recovery, and whole-person care.

Today, through Mobile Massage Therapy by Alexa, I’m welcomed into homes, hotels, and recovery spaces across Orlando and Central Florida. I never forget what an honor that is.

Before technique comes trust. Before a body can truly rest, the person within it needs to feel safe.

I didn’t follow the straightest path. I followed the one that kept asking me to become more of myself.

Kinda chic, if you ask me. 🙏🤍✨

Can you become so busy building your life that you forget how to receive rest?

This weekend at Women & Wealth Conference 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, incredibly successful entrepreneur and leader, Elena Cardone Elena Cardone shared that during an intense season, she was so busy she couldn’t even enjoy a massage.

My ears immediately perked up because I completely understood.

Before I ever knew I would become a massage therapist, I received a massage during a stressful period of my life. I was surprised by how deeply I could relax and then execute my goals when my body was finally given permission to stop.

This weekend reminded me that healing doesn’t always happen in a home or a treatment room. Sometimes it begins with a conversation, vulnerability, and two people crossing paths at exactly the right moment.

After watching this incredible woman Juliana Marin - Remote Closer courageously share her story in front of 3,000 women, I had the privilege of meeting her afterward and sharing a few moments of Craniosacral Therapy in the lobby of the Omni Hotel. It was a beautiful introduction that gentle, intentional touch can create space for the nervous system to soften, breathe, and begin to let go.

I’m leaving this conference with so much gratitude and inspiration! Not only for the knowledge shared from the stage and speakers, but for the remarkable women I had the honor of meeting. Your strength, vulnerability, ambition, and kindness have inspired me more than words can express.

Moments like this are why I love what I do. Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet, deeply personal, and exactly what someone needs in that moment.

Thank you to every woman who shared her story this weekend. I’ll carry these conversations with me for a long time. 🤍✨
