Don’t JUST train your body, train your mind too.

Before the lift, the stage, the lover, the moment… I’ve already lived it.

Your brain is *always* rehearsing something. Make sure it’s rehearsing the life you actually want.

What are you visualizing today?

You can do things without others seeing it but you can’t get away with it with yourself. Your behavior directly affects your self esteem. Be wise with what you are allowing. You’re worth feeling like the best version of yourself which is directly related to how you conduct your life.

With 20 years in personal development, 14 years in recovery, and 10 years as a coach, sometimes I catch myself thinking, “Shouldn’t I have this figured out by now?”

Recently, I’ve been having this conversation with other people who’ve spent decades in the arena. So many of us quietly carry the belief that because we know it, we’ve somehow graduated from being human.

But that’s not how growth works. Two things can be true at once. You can be grateful AND life and be difficult.

I’ve watched people I love suffer in silence because they thought they should be “better” by now. They hid their struggles, their doubts, and their pain because they believed honesty meant failure. And truthfully I’ve watched it destroy amazing leaders.

Growth isn’t becoming someone who never struggles. It’s becoming someone who notices, takes responsibility, repairs, and keeps choosing alignment.

I made this post because I don’t want to contribute to the illusion that healing means perfection. And my goal is always connection, we can’t do that if we don’t speak on our stuff.

Healing means staying aware, staying humble, and staying willing to grow.

Let’s connect. What’s one truth about yourself you’re learning to accept? ❤️

What a year it’s been.

Every year I get to continue this work, I’m reminded how grateful I am. It keeps me humble and deeply connected to my higher power. I truly believe I’m just a vessel, and this work is so much bigger than me.

This year I’ve had the privilege of coaching some of the most incredible people, planning transformational retreats around the world, facilitating breathwork, and continuing to help others build self-trust, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, clarity, and a life that feels successful from the inside out.

I’m so honored to be nominated for Orlando’s Best and, for the first time ever, Florida’s Best. If

If we’ve worked together, if I’ve spoken at your organization, or if something I’ve shared has impacted you, I’d be incredibly grateful for your vote.

Every vote truly matters.

Thank you for trusting me and supporting this work. ❤️

One thing I know for sure is change sticks due to small choices you make over and over again.

Here are five things you can do today to start moving in a different direction:

1. Tell someone about your goal.
Not everyone, just someone who will lovingly hold you accountable. Change is easier when someone knows what you’re working toward.

2. Set an alarm.
Don’t rely on motivation or memory. Build systems that support the person you’re becoming. Your calendar is often a better predictor of change than your intentions.

3. Create non-negotiables.
Decide ahead of time what matters most. Build your life around your values, not your feelings. Non-negotiables protect your future when motivation fades.

4. Protect your vision.
Pay attention to what you consume, who you spend time with, and the habits you practice. Your daily choices either move you closer to your vision or further away from it.

5. Don’t hang out with losers.
I don’t mean people who are struggling, I mean people who are committed to staying stuck. People who weight you down. Spend time with people who challenge you, inspire you, and call you higher.

One of the most powerful skills you can develop is creating space between a thought and your response. That’s where choice lives. That’s where change happens.

And REMEMBER, the *quality* of your life isn’t determined by what you occasionally want. It’s shaped by what you repeatedly choose.

What would you add to the list?👇🏽
