If you're applying for a Green Card, you've probably heard about it... but many people aren't sure what it actually is. 👇
Form I-693 is the official USCIS Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
It is completed by a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon after your Immigration Medical Exam and is an important part of many Green Card applications.
During your visit, the Civil Surgeon will:
✔️ Review your medical history
✔️ Perform the required medical examination
✔️ Order any required laboratory tests
✔️ Review your vaccination requirements
