TOMORROW IS OUR ROARING ’20s DAY! ✨🥂

We’ve traveled through the decades all week, and now it’s time to end Assisted Living Week with a little Roaring ’20s flair!

For our final day of “Shining Through the Years,” we’re stepping back into the 1920s for an afternoon of Gatsby-inspired glamour, music, fun and celebration!

And, of course, we want everyone to dress the part! Think flapper dresses, pearls, feathers, suspenders, vests, fedoras and all things fabulous!

Let’s make our final day one for the history books!

What a rockin’ day we had celebrating Sock Hop Spectacular Day!

Some of our residents started the day on an outing to St. Augustine Classic Car Museum to see vintage cars up close & personal!

Other residents had a blast creating the cutest poodle skirt flower pot projects, followed by delicious root beer floats with Guardian Pharmacy!

And we can’t forget our Activities Director, Kreighton, showing off her skating skills! 🛼

It was a day full of laughter, creativity, sweet treats, and 50s fun! We had a sock-hoppin’ good time!

We are SO excited to announce that the Delicious Memories Cookbook is here!

After collecting favorite recipes, special stories, and cherished memories from our Paradise Pointe residents and families, Delicious Memories at Paradise Pointe is officially complete!

This cookbook is a beautiful collection of the recipes and traditions that have brought families together around the table for generations. We are so grateful to everyone who contributed and helped make this project so meaningful.

• Cookbooks are now available in the Bella Beach Boutique
• $20 each + tax
• 100% of proceeds benefit our Alzheimer’s Association fundraising efforts

On Monday, we threw it back to the 1970s with a little disco —and plenty of boogie! Our residents had a blast posing in front of our Let’s Boogie backdrop and showing off their groovy spirit!

A special thank you to VITAS Hospice for treating us to the grooviest tie-dye cupcakes! They were the perfect sweet addition to our celebration and definitely brought some extra 70s vibes.

By popular request from our residents, we’re excited to bring Stitch Club to Paradise Pointe every Friday! From sewing projects to creative conversations, we’re looking forward to spending time together, learning new things, and creating something special—one stitch at a time.

And this new tradition is even more meaningful because of someone very special helping make it happen. 💕

Dee Duckworth, daughter of our beloved resident Pat Reedy, has volunteered to help host Stitch Club in her mother’s honor. Pat passed away this year, and we are so grateful that Dee is continuing her mom’s legacy by sharing her time, talents, and heart with our residents.

One of the greatest gifts of senior living is the lifelong friendships we have the privilege of making—not only with our residents, but with their families, too. We are incredibly appreciative when those families continue to be part of the Paradise Pointe family and find beautiful ways to carry their loved one’s legacy forward.

Thank you, Dee, for giving your time and sharing your heart with us. We’re so happy to have you as part of Stitch Club! 🧵❤️
