Monday check-in: Has this ever happened to you? 💛

You have a full to-do list. You know exactly what needs to be done. And yet... you cannot seem to start.

That feeling has a name: task paralysis. And if you have ADHD, it is not a character flaw. It is how your brain is wired.

Here is one of my favorite strategies from our weekly NeuroElite sessions:

The 2-Minute Rule. Instead of tackling the whole task, commit to just 2 minutes. Set a timer. Start tiny. Your brain's resistance to initiation drops significantly when the ask feels small.

Most of the time? You will keep going well past those 2 minutes. 🙌
