This piece, titled Savvy Lady, was resident Hugh’s first sculpture with a face. But beyond its beauty, Hugh wanted to capture a spirit of confidence: “I imagined her as a service-driven college senior, an athlete and an honors scholar. She has new shoes and a unique new hairdo.”
