🎨 Reminder: Artists Needed for "See the Person, Not the Use" Art Show! 🎨

Have you, a loved one, or your community been impacted by substance use? We invite you to share your story through art.

The "See the Person, Not the Use" Art Show & Community Conversation aims to reduce stigma, strengthen community connection, and highlight the humanity behind lived experiences. We are looking for artists of all ages and skill levels to submit one piece of artwork for this meaningful statewide exhibit.

Accepted mediums include:
🖌️ Painting
✏️ Drawing
🏺 Clay Sculpting
🎨 Watercolors
✨ And all other forms of art!

📅 Artwork must be submitted to BARN by June 30th.

Many women become so used to emotionally carrying everyone else that they stop noticing how disconnected they’ve become from themselves in the process.

They’re functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, over-responsible, or quietly burned out from constantly prioritizing everyone else’s needs.

Because of that, I recently developed a therapist-led virtual workshop called Returning to Yourself taking place on June 24.

The workshop is designed to help emotionally exhausted women recognize patterns of emotional over-responsibility and self-abandonment while beginning to reconnect with themselves in a more compassionate and intentional way.
