Congratulations to MCRHC provider Stephanie Taets, ARNP, who presented this week at the WOCNext Conference in Indianapolis, a premier educational event for wound, ostomy, and continence healthcare professionals.

Stephanie's presentation highlighted the work being done through MCRHC's Continence Care Clinic and shared valuable insights with colleagues across the healthcare profession.

We are proud to see her representing MCRHC on a national stage and advancing care for patients both locally and beyond.

From paper charts to digital records, healthcare has changed dramatically over the years. On June 8, MCRHC will begin a new chapter with the transition to an electronic health record (EHR) system across our locations in Osage, St. Ansgar and Riceville. Patients may notice that appointments take a little longer during the first few weeks after we launch the EHR as staff and providers begin using the new system.

While technology continues to evolve, our commitment to providing high-quality care remains the same. As we celebrate 75 years of trusted care, we're proud of where we've been and excited for what's ahead.

Have you used the MCRHC patient portal? Here's an important update.

Over the next week, patients who are signed up for the portal will receive an email about the current MCRHC portal, which is being phased out. Here's what this means for you:

• Our current patient portal will be available through June 30, 2026

• If you would like to print or download any records, please do so before June 30

• We’ll be introducing a new portal to better serve you later this spring, however, records from the current portal will not automatically transfer

Please remember, your medical records are safe and securely maintained by MCRHC. As always, they are available upon request.
