5 Things I recommend as an LMT & also a human being

1) A quality pillow- Could improve neck pain!

💚I got mine on Amazon for $60. 📦 Now on sale for $39. It’s memory foam and cooling. I’ve had it since February. I love it!

2) Comfortable shoes- Feet are the foundation of your body. Proper support helps maintain the alignment of your ankles, knees, hips, and spine, preventing strain and pain.

💚I love my Brooks & New Balance shoes 👟

3) Staying hydrated- Muscles need water to function at there best and to avoid cramping. 🚰

💚Drink water not only after a massage but also before and on a regular basis. We aren’t camels 🐫 we can’t store water on our backs in humps 😂 

4) Stretching 🙆 Even just 5 minutes a day. Is better than 30 mins once a week! Stretching is great for injury prevention.

💚You can do it anywhere. While you are doing something else. I do it periodically thought out my day.

5) Movement 🚶‍♂️Walk 10 mins a day.
That’s it. No complicated routine. No hour-long workout. Just move.

💚 Improved circulation. Reduced Stiffness. Boosted Mood. Improve overall sleep 💤
Increased Focus 🧘‍♂️ I walk about 20 mins at night after supper time.
