I earned my massage degree from Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN in 2008 and have been doing massage full time since I moved back to Minnesota 6 years ago. The most rewarding thing about my job is not only meeting amazing people, but to actually see my clients get better and feel less pain with each session! I may not be able to cure major medical ailments, but when I can see someone stand a little straighter or have more mobility in their joints with less pain, that's where it's at for me. I grew up in Duluth, MN where I graduated from Marshall Highschool in 2006, earned my degree in 2008 then moved out to Montana for 7 years. After having my son in 2011, I ended up missing my family even more and decided to move back to MN in 2015, just not so far Northeast! Cloud area for 6 years then moved out to the country where my boyfriend and I bought a farm! So, now I'm surrounded by cows, chickens, ducks, turkeys, barn cats, a dog and lots and lots of crop land! I have never felt more at home than I do on our farm! I decided to go to school for massage therapy because I knew I wanted to make a difference in people's lives but also wanted something that was more flexible around having a family. Once I started working with chiropractors when I moved home, I really learned a lot more about what it is that I can do for people than what I learned in school. I found out that transforming my techniques into something more specialized was where I COULD make that difference. In the last 6 years I have seen so many people from beginning to end in their healing process, struggled to make great progress with some people and others got to a point where their aches and pains were manageable and only needed to come in for "routine maintenance" every few weeks. Despite the end result with past clients, it has been such a blessing in my life to have made a positive impact, big or small, in so many people's lives, and I'm so ready to help as many other people in this world as I can.
