Mountain Top Fire Co. Ambulance Service We are licensed as a Basic Life Support agency serving the Sandy Ridge/Osceola Mills area. Main Station-392 State Street, Sandy Ridge, PA 16677.

We are recognized at the expert level for pediatric care through the Voluntary Child Recognition program. Mountain Top Fire Company owns and operates two Basic Life Support ambulances licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We are also recognized at the MASTER LEVEL of providing pediatric care in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We provide acute emergency care to the sick and inju

🚨IT'S SATURDAY AT THE BIG TIME!🚨

Well folks... this is it! The last day to eat too much, laugh too hard, and tell everyone, "We'll only stay an hour." (We all know how that ends.)

🚔 The Pennsylvania State Police will be on-site at 5:00 PM with their partners in Highway Safety featuring a DUI Simulator. Stop by and give it a try—it'll definitely make you think twice.

🚒 Homecoming Parade steps off at 7:00 PM! Grab a spot along the route and get all the candy!

We are looking for EMTs to join our team! We run approximately 500 calls per year, a slow/steady volume to learn and excel at your skills but yet enough time for rest, completing continuing education credits, training, and school work! We have flexible scheduling and a laid back atmosphere!

We have Stryker powerload/power stretchers, participate in the optional add ons of nebulizers, blood glucose monitoring, epinephrine injection, and 12 lead acquisition and transmission.
