Prostate cancer is very common, especially among older men. The risk increases significantly after age 50, and most cases are found in men over 65.

Do you have concerns about falling? A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels in older adults.

This eight-week course will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every Monday, beginning September 14.
