This book rec comes from Madison! 📖 She suggests reading Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents by Isabel Wilkerson in honor of Juneteenth. This book names and explores America's hidden Caste system and provides personal anecdotes from the author's life as well as historical references, particularly comparing America's systemic racism with other Caste systems in the world.
