See if you relate to this…
Ever catch yourself thinking something so random but then realize you couldn’t ever say it out loud for fear of being misunderstood?
That’s the brain of a highly sensitive person or an empath. We’re deep feelers, we are constantly processing and notice subtleties others don’t.
For example…
💭”I wonder what happened in here. This room has bad vibes.”
💭“Her tone changed…what did I say that made her mad?”
💭”That guy seems off. I need a shower.”
💭”I don’t even want to be here. I want to be alone.”
💭”These lights are overwhelming me.”
💭”I want to say no, but I’ll say yes so you’ll like me.”
💭”My dog was so mad at me for not feeding him yesterday, I could tell.”
It’s funny, but it’s also part of what makes highly sensitive people so unique.
Our brains and hearts are wired to take in more of everything…
More energy, more emotions, more sensations.
So even though sometimes our thoughts seem ‘weird’, they’re just proof of how in tune we are.
I created a guide for highly sensitive people, empaths and anyone who’s tired of feeling drained, misunderstood or “too much.”
It’s full of gentle ways to shield your energy, protect your nervous system, set boundaries and truly start thriving as a sensitive soul.
If this sounds like you or someone you love, comment ‘EMPATH’ and I’ll send you the link to the guide.
So glad you found me 🫶
