After 10 years of service we have made the difficult decision to close the Osmond Medical Clinic. We want to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Our Providers will continue to see patients at the Bloomfield Medical Clinic.

Due to staff shortage the Osmond Medical Clinic will be temporarily closed starting next week, April 27th until further notice. We are actively hiring for a clinic nurse.

The Osmond clinic will be closed Friday January 16th. The Bloomfield Medical clinic will be closed Monday, January 19th so staff may attend a funeral.
