🇺🇸 September 11 — We Remember
Twenty-five years ago, Dr. Mohan was a dental student, volunteering as a dental assistant at a Head Start clinic in Alabama.
What began as an ordinary morning quickly became a day she would never forget. She remembers watching the events of September 11 unfold from the clinic — the disbelief, the fear, the sadness, and the realization that our country had changed forever.
Like so many Americans, she still remembers exactly where she was that morning.
Today, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
Some moments stay with us for a lifetime.
