Dr. Raya’s Week ✨

There is SO much focus on prenatal care, preparing for birth and a new baby and that makes absolute sense!

However, your postpartum care (and experience) should not less than (OR EQUAL TO 🫣) the care and focus provided during pregnancy.

After birth you are postpartum FOREVER. It matters not only how you prepare but also the care you receive in the early postpartum. 🤱🏽

All that to say we provide traditional postpartum care because it MATTERS, I’ll continue to share more behind the scenes looks into what care looks like at Profound. 💜

How was your experience navigating early postpartum?

I’d love to know more about what you LOVED + HATED in your experience & any positive advice you would share to those preparing for their own experiences. 🥹

Providing the care the honors your body. 🤍✨

From gentle hands to intentional presence. This is what it means to be supported, seen, and held through every phase of the journey.

Not just clinical care, but connected care.

Wednesdays are my favorite 🤍
Because Wednesdays are for HOME VISITS. 🏠

There’s something deeply sacred about stepping into a family’s space…where they feel most safe, most at ease, most themselves. ✨

At , care doesn’t stay confined to the office. We begin with in-office prenatal visits, building trust, connection and alignment.

And then at 36 weeks, everything shifts.

We come to YOU. 🥹

From late pregnancy through the first four weeks postpartum, your care continues in the comfort of your home so you can rest, recover, bond and be held without the pressure of going anywhere.

This is what integrated care is meant to feel like.
Personal. Intentional. Rooted in real life.

If there’s one question that rotates on repeat in many of the birth groups it’s this.

Where and who is the chiropractor that can turn my (breech) baby? 🗣️🗣️🗣️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Truth is. That isn’t what we do. 🫣

Chiropractic care during pregnancy focuses on creating and maintaining balance within the pelvis, sacrum and ligaments that support the growing uterus.

Emphasis on GROWING, because tension and balance is consistently shifting as your uterus grows throughout pregnancy!

A balanced pelvis, sacrum and supporting ligaments allows your baby space to find their own way into an optimal position for birth.

If your baby turned from breech to head down after receiving chiropractic care, consider it a SIDE EFFECT of a well supported body, and the innate intelligence of your body and your baby in unison. ✨🥹

If you’re pregnant and wondering if chiropractic care will help to turn your breech baby, the answer is, it may.

Prenatal chiropractic care is definitely worth exploring early as you support your growing body and growing baby in preparation for labor, birth and postpartum. 🤰🏽
