Oswego County Prevention Coalition A coalition of concerned Oswego County residents/stakeholders dedicated to combating adolescent substance abuse, and protecting our youth from said harm.

The mission of the Oswego County Prevention Coalition and YC3 (Youth Creating Change Coalition), is to increase developmental protective factors and decrease risk factors as we address adolescence substance abuse in Oswego County.

The Oswego County Health Department offers FREE Narcan training and Narcan Kits to Oswego County Residents ages 18+.

Narcan is a lifesaving medication that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Narcan is given as a spray up the nose and can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose in 3 minutes.
