We have a sweet pediatric patient, Cameron, who is looking for a caring and compassionate nurse to join his team! Cameron is a fun-loving guy who enjoys swinging, wheelchair rides, and listening to preschool videos.
Some of Cameron’s diagnoses include Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy, and his care needs include: seizure supervision, medication administration, bathing, dressing and percussion vest treatments.

Senior HR Generalist, Jen, spent a couple of hours connecting with job seekers at a recent hiring event hosted at the Anoka County Job Training Center in Blaine.
With 83 job seekers in attendance, Jen shared information about Accurate Home Care’s licensed and non-licensed career opportunities and helped attendees learn more about joining our team.
As Jen put it, “It’s always a treat to leave the office and speak to job seekers in person. It’s nice to make that human connection!”

Miles is a 12-year-old boy diagnosed with Autism, sensory disorder, hypertonia, developmental delay, and seizures (LGS Syndrome). He is a busy guy that beats to his own drum. He loves reading, vacuuming, sweeping, and keeping a keen eye out for any spiderwebs! He also enjoys bike rides, swimming, and music. His laughter — especially the deep, belly kind — is unbelievably contagious and has a way of wiping away the heaviness that some days can bring!

He will require close monitoring due to seizures. Nurses must be able to administer both daily medications and emergency rescue medications as needed. Also, help him with ADLs, assist him with PT and OT 'homework', going on walks/bike rides, and in general keep him safe and comfortable. When school is in session, he will need a nurse to attend with him. Miles and his family are looking forward to adding to his care team!
