We're excited to partner with OSF HealthCare to offer Safe Sitter Essentials with CPR exclusively for youth enrolled in our YMCA After-School Program!

This hands-on course helps students build valuable life skills and confidence while learning:

✅ Babysitting basics
✅ Safety and emergency response
✅ Choking rescue skills
✅ CPR practice using training manikins
✅ How to care for younger children responsibly

Participants should bring a snack and water bottle. A meal will be provided, and students must attend the entire session to receive their completion card.
