🍂 LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT | OCTOBER 🍂

🏡 Featuring: Pilcher Construction

At Spiffyfox Property Care, we believe in supporting the hardworking people and locally owned businesses that help our communities thrive!

This October, we're kicking off our Local Business Spotlight series with someone a little extra special to us — Jesse, owner of Pilcher Construction!

But here's something you might not know...

Jesse isn't just another local business owner. He's my dad! 🧡

While Pilcher Construction specializes in construction, remodeling, roofing, and home improvements, Spiffyfox Property Care focuses on cleaning, maintenance, flooring, and everyday property care.

Different businesses. Different specialties. But a shared appreciation for hard work, quality craftsmanship, and taking pride in what we do.

And the family connection doesn't stop there! Tyler, our Lead Maintenance & Installation team member, spent many years working alongside Jesse before bringing his experience and skills to Spiffyfox.

Two generations. Different skills. Same family. 🦊🔨

We're proud of our family roots and even prouder to support other locally owned businesses doing great things in our communities.

Be sure to check out Pilcher Construction and give their page some love!

It's the little things we forget about!

When was the last time you looked at the top of your showerhead? 🚿

Some of the biggest cleaning transformations happen in the smallest, most overlooked places!

We all have those areas in our homes that don't make it onto our everyday cleaning checklist. Showerheads, light fixtures, ceiling fans, doorframes — the list goes on!

That's where a little extra attention to detail can make a BIG difference. 🧡

At Spiffyfox Property Care, we believe a clean home isn't just about what you see at first glance. Sometimes it's about those forgotten spaces, too!

What an amazing day at the Fairfield Kiwanis Kids Day Parade! 🧡

We had so much fun, but I think it’s safe to say the kids had even more fun! Seeing just how many people came out today was absolutely incredible—the streets were packed, and the energy from the community was so much fun.

We’re grateful we got to spend the day together as a family while representing Spiffyfox Property Care and Pilcher Construction. Thank you to everyone who waved, smiled, and helped make today so special! 🧡❤️

It’s been a busy, creative, and FUN couple of days getting all the last-minute things ready for the Fairfield Kiwanis Kids Day Parade! 🧡

There’s been a whole lot of candy, stuffing bags, making shirts, labeling goodies, and trying to get all the little details finished in time. 😂 But probably my favorite part has been getting to do so much of it together as a family.

The kids have helped stuff candy bags, we made their parade shirts, and we’ve had grandparents, nieces, nephews, and plenty of helping hands gathered together getting everything ready. 🧡

What started as “we need to get some parade stuff together” turned into a couple of really fun family nights — tacos, candy everywhere, crafts all over the place, and a whole lot of memories being made in the middle of it.

We’re excited to have Spiffyfox Property Care & Pilcher Construction together for the parade this year — two generations, two businesses, one family. 🧡❤️

We can’t wait to see everyone at the Fairfield Kiwanis Kids Day Parade in the morning! 🍬🎉

Now we just have to survive the actual parade after staying up way too late getting ready for it😂

Sometimes carpet installation comes with a few obstacles to work around!

This room had existing piping that required a little extra attention during installation. Careful measuring, cutting, and fitting allowed us to work around it while still creating a clean, finished result.

It’s the little details and problem-solving along the way that help bring the entire project together.

A big thank you to our Lead Maintenance Technician, Tyler, for his hard work and attention to detail on this installation! 🦊🧡

Big things have been happening behind the scenes… and today we finally get to share them 🧡

After years of growth, learning, and serving our community, we are officially expanding and changing our business name from Spiffyfox Cleaning Service to Spiffyfox Property Care!

While cleaning will always remain at the heart of what we do, this change reflects the bigger vision and expanded services we now offer to better support our clients.

And one more exciting milestone… after 5 years in business, we officially launched our WEBSITE 🎉

This has been built with a lot of hard work, late nights, and dreams for what Spiffyfox can become — and we are so excited for what’s ahead.

If you’d help us celebrate this next chapter, we’d truly appreciate a 🧡, comment, and share to help spread the word.

Thank you for supporting our small business — we wouldn’t be here without you 🧡
