Private Home Care is thrilled to share that the Elizabeth Dole Home Care Act has recently passed in the U.S. House of Representatives. This landmark bill represents a significant advancement in home care options for veterans, proposing that the costs for at-home care alternatives should not exceed those of VA nursing home care. This is a notable increase from the current limit set at 65%.

While there are still steps to be taken - passage by the U.S. Senate and a presidential signature to become law - this progress is a remarkable sign of a better future for all.
