But therapy can also be a space filled with warmth, creativity, and even a little humor.
That philosophy is at the heart of Allison’s practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. After starting her career in behavioral and mental health, she discovered her passion in graduate school: helping people connect more deeply with themselves and the relationships that matter most to them.
Allison works with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, relational hurdles, neurodivergences, and more. Using a trauma-informed and systemic approach-drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy-she often brings humor and creativity into the room to tailor each session to who you are.
She’s especially passionate about guiding clients to learn more about themselves, heal from past experiences, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
Outside of work, Allison loves spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, reading, going on walks, traveling, attending live music, and hanging out with her cat, Groot!
Looking for a warm, creative space to grow, heal, and better understand yourself? Allison is accepting new clients!
