Caila DeMint
With more than 15 years of professional experience in massage therapy, Caila is dedicated to providing highly personalized, results-driven care tailored to each client’s unique needs. She specializes in deep tissue therapy and has extensive experience working with a wide variety of conditions and clients, ranging from individuals recovering from muscle atrophy and chronic pain to professional athletes and opera singers seeking performance-focused bodywork and recovery support.

Caila is also highly experienced in prenatal and postpartum massage, offering compassionate and effective care throughout every stage of pregnancy. In addition, she has helped many clients manage chronic tension, stress-related pain, and severe migraines through targeted therapeutic techniques designed to promote lasting relief and overall wellness.

Committed to excellence in her field, Caila believes that continuing education is an essential part of providing the highest level of care. Massage therapy is an ever-evolving profession, and she remains passionate about expanding her knowledge and skill set through advanced training. She is currently pursuing additional studies in oncology massage, further deepening her ability to support clients with specialized therapeutic needs in a safe, informed, and compassionate manner.
