Another magnificent day in the sacred valley, started with a visit to the local market, buying fruit bread and coca leaves to give to the mountain people and then a 4 hr hike up hill and down past lakes with our Andean emergency services in tow- the horse and local ladies

What a race! Perfect conditions and such an amazing atmosphere of community support and the extra kind messages from home! I am super proud of myself, getting the mindset right and achieving 4hrs 14mins! Thanks so much to , run buddy Kylie J, and mum for all believing in me and that I could do it! And to for suggesting we go in the ballot!! Thank you for the training support from all my fitness buddies. Now time to jump in the pool!

Training for Sydney Marathon- last 2 weeks have been tough conditions into the wind. But very motivating to see Jess Stenson running the opposite way! Wish I could have that smile when I am running distances!
