So excited to be presenting at The Female Athlete Performance Summit this December.

I’ll be speaking on Diastasis Recti: Clinical Application + Return to Fitness, a topic I’m incredibly passionate about both as a pelvic health PT and an athlete.

Such an exceptional lineup of speakers and I’m honored to be a part of it. 🤍

Your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation, especially when you run.

If leakage shows up later in your run, your body may need more practice managing pressure and impact as fatigue builds.

This combo challenges single-leg strength, coordination, and pelvic floor function under fatigue.

Train the demand, not just the symptom 🖤

women deserve individualized guidance, not blanket restrictions. symptoms and circumstances may require modifications, but “just stop” is rarely the whole answer.
