Something I’m really bad about.

Getting off my phone and giving my partner my full attention.

I’m working really hard to change this.

When we are on our phones instead of looking and listening to our partners, we communicate that our phone is more important to them.

And that’s not true.

But it’s how our partners feel.

So if you are like me, try to put down your phone.

Be present.

Give your partner your full attention.
