Today, our EmpowerMe Therapy team helped residents learn more about building strength and independence! Melissa, Mary, Jessie and Cherry set up interactive stations representing Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.

Residents learned about the myths and benefits of each therapy discipline and had the opportunity to participate in exercises along the way. After completing the activities, participants enjoyed treats, and one lucky participant went home with a prize basket! 🎁

It was a fun and informative day filled with learning, movement and plenty of smiles! And if you ever need a giggle, just ask Melissa what funny thing her cat Winnifred did that day! 😄💕
