Thanks to our beautiful patient for traveling to for her - the results are subtle but I love them, and the surgery was trickier than you’d think. We borrowed rib cartilage and removed scar tissue and old grafts that obscured her dorsal aesthetic lines. Then we contoured the tip a little. She’s healing beautifully now 3 months after surgery.

On the Table and erbium lower eyelid resurfacing here in ! She is amazing we’re so glad she trusted us with her surgery!

First we performed the upper bleph removing redundant upper eyelid skin for a sharp crease and less holding. It’s a quick procedure but can make a big difference.

Then we used the ContourTRL to resurface the lower eyelids to 100-120 microns. She’s already healing beautifully a week later.

Then the rhinoplasty to contour the bridge and refine the nasal tip. Excited to watch it settle to a natural, balanced position.
