Overland Park Eye Care We provide quality eye care to all ages for the surrounding areas. Dr. Mancillas is an active member of the Kansas Board of Optometry.

Dr. Mancillas is a graduate of Kansas State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and of the University of Houston's School of Optometry where he earned his Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Mancillas has served the Kansas City area for over 25 years - working for larger optometry practices before going into business for himself in 2001.
