What do two Chiropractors do when they meet in a Rain forest lodge? I met Constant age 83, a family friends Chiropractor in Costa Rica. Delightful man originally from South Africa, trained in the states at National, practiced mostly in the states and retired and then moved to CR and started a second practice only retiring a year ago. In fact he is still practicing after a year break, two days a week. Oh the history that he shared with me in all aspects of his life! Thank you Dr. Constant!- Dr Steve

If you are 50 years of age or older I have a question for you. Are you starting to notice that your balance is not quite what it used to be? Understanding Movement and balance can help restore or keep the balance you have. Most people do balance exercises wrong by raising the leg in front of you. You should be in a walking or stepping forward motion with a foot behind you.
