These women made sacrifices that most people will never see. They showed up on the days they were tired, stayed disciplined when it wasn’t easy, trusted the process, and refused to give up. On Saturday night, all of that hard work was rewarded, and I couldn’t be prouder of each of them. This sport has given me so much over the years. It’s taught me discipline, perseverance, humility, and has introduced me to some truly incredible people who have become lifelong friends and family. I absolutely love this sport, and moments like these remind me exactly why.

Thank you Titone production for a great I love working with Kaleb! He’s always focused, with structure and consistency as his main objectives. This year, he earned 3rd place in Open Men’s Bodybuilding, 3rd place in Novice Classic Physique, and 5th place in Open Classic Physique. At his last show, we walked away with just one placing, but one year later, we came back stronger and improved across the board.

Thank you, Deshae, for allowing me to be a part of this incredible journey. From the NANBF to the NPC, and now to the IFBB Pro League it’s been amazing to witness your growth and success. Watching you prepare your youngest for competition was truly inspiring. Whenever you need me, just know I’ll be there, like the Jackson 5.

I’ve never had the privilege of working with an athlete quite like this—a healthcare worker over 50, who works night shifts and would come train with me straight after her shift, without any sleep. Despite the challenges, she never complained and always gave her best effort.

To make things even more difficult, her competition suit was mistakenly sent to California. It was only returned to her the night before the competition. Yet, through it all, she remained calm, resilient, and determined.

Her perseverance paid off. She won first place in Novice, Masters Physique, and second place in Open Masters Physique. What an incredible journey!

My guy did an awesome job this year two shows and he did very well. I’m so honored and so proud. This was his first big show and we earned second place beginning novice and second place open novice. LETS GO!!
