🎪 What an amazing day at our Family Carnival! 🎈

So much fun was had by all! We enjoyed exciting carnival games and, of course, the crowd-favorite slip ’n slide! 💦 Our residents had an absolute blast, and seeing all the smiles and laughter made the day extra special. ❤️

A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make our carnival a success! We are especially grateful to Gentiva Hospice, Bristol Hospice, and Advanced Home Health & Hospice of Kansas City for all their help and support.

We would also like to thank Dave and Mark for picking up the scooters and helping transport our residents. Your kindness and assistance meant so much to us!

A special thank-you to KMBC 9 News and KCTV5 News Kansas City for coming out and sharing a story about our wonderful event! 📺🎥

🎈 Carnival prep is underway! 🎪

Our residents helped blow up balloons for the Balloon Pop Game—and who would’ve thought it would take so much talent to conquer a balloon? 😂🎈 We shared plenty of laughs while everyone gave it their best try!

We just had to share some of the priceless expressions caught along the way. Carnival preparation has never been this much fun! 🤣❤️

Our adorable furbabies were the center of attention today—and they loved every minute of it! 🐶💕 There were plenty of smiles, cuddles, belly rubs, and wagging tails to go around.
Nothing brightens the day quite like spending time with our four-legged friends! 🦴🐕🥰

🌸💐 Flower arranging fun! 💐🌸
A huge thank-you to our wonderful friends at Gentiva Hospice for joining us for a beautiful afternoon of floral arranging! We provided the vases, and they brought several colorful bundles of fresh flowers. 🌷🌼🌹
Everyone worked together to create lovely arrangements for our dining room tables. They turned out absolutely beautiful and added a special touch of color and cheer to our community! 🥰🌺

🖍️ Crayon-Melting Experiment! 🖍️

Today, we tried a fun little experiment! We shaved and broke crayons into small pieces, and even used a grater to create colorful crayon shavings. Then, we placed them between sheets of parchment paper and used an iron to melt everything together.

It didn’t turn out quite like we had hoped, but that’s okay—we had lots of fun experimenting, creating, and spending time together! Sometimes the fun is in the process! 🎨😊
