I’m so excited to officially share this new chapter, the start of Empowered Arrival. Becoming a doula feels like such a natural extension of my heart and purpose, to walk alongside mothers through one of life’s most sacred and transformative experiences: birth.

Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, exploring pain relief options, or preparing for a cesarean, I’m here to support you in envisioning a birth rooted in love and intuition. My goal is to help you feel confident, calm, and deeply supported every step of the way.

As many of you know, my heart especially lies with mothers walking the path of pregnancy after loss. I know firsthand how complex and emotional that journey can be, and it’s an honor to hold space for those tender, courageous moments.
