Dr. Irizarry-Miller, DNP, brings a little Texas charm to Family Tree Primary Care, and as they say, everything is bigger in Texas, including her heart, ambition, and dedication to caring for families. 🤍

She's a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, a passionate salsa dancer, and a mom to six incredible children. Since joining the Family Tree family in 2023, she has continued to inspire both our team and our patients every single day.

We're so grateful for the compassion, warmth, and energy she brings to our practice and our community.

What an honor it is to do life with so many incredible families - to be there to celebrate their victories and watch as their lives completely transform over the years. We love to witness our families grow and to celebrate alongside them as new lives are added to the Family Tree family! It’s hard to believe that the very first newborns who joined our practice years ago are now already in elementary school! Time sure flies when we’re all having fun.
