1. How many sessions will I need? 6-8 sessions is typical but can range between 4-12.
2. Does it hurt? I've never had anyone not be able to complete a session, I want your pain level between a 2-4 at most on a scale of 1-10. Feels like a deep heat sensation/rubber band snap at times but absolutely bearable and worth it.
3. Will I need maintenance? Most people do, but can vary a lot on how often. On the average range- every 6-12 months. Those on HRT or have PCOS I see usually every 3 months.
