Summer changes more than your schedule. ☀️

Longer days, more heat, more activity - your body is navigating a whole new set of inputs.

A few things worth paying attention to as the season shifts:
- Hydration needs increase - and plain water may not be enough. Minerals matter.
- Heat and sun exposure affect energy, sleep, and inflammation more than most people realize.
- Busier schedules can quietly disrupt meal timing, sleep, and recovery.
- More activity is great - but without enough fuel and rest, it becomes another stressor.

Summer can feel like a fresh start. And it is.

Before FNR, “I had fatigue and stress that controlled my life, painful joints, inflammation, I laid awake most nights, brain fog, menopause symptoms. I felt like I was just surviving life.

Not just emotional stress - but physiological stress too.

Under-eating. Overtraining. Poor sleep. Blood sugar swings.
