Mental Health services with a Biblical Foundation I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota.

I aim to provide quality mental health care through therapy with a Biblical foundation. I believe the Bible, the living word of God, has all of the answers to life’s problems. The use of common therapy techniques can assist an individual in understanding and implementing the solution God provides in His Word. This promotes a healthy walk with Jesus leading to a worship-filled lifestyle. I received

both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from the Minnesota State University of Mankato. I have also completed the Alcohol and Drug Counseling Program at Winona State University. I specialize in varies therapies including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Circle of Security, and Early Childhood Assessments (DC: 0-5). If the Biblical approach is not what you are seeking, I would still love to work with you. Mental health affects each of us differently; therefore, it's important to me that we find a way to work together that encourages and strengthens your ability to find meaning and satisfaction in life.
