💙 Help Us Support Our Local Teen Center! 💙

There's still time to make a difference!

Now through August 17, Full Circle Counseling and Wellness is collecting donations to help stock our local Teen Center with items that teens use every day.

Biggest needs include:
🧴 Personal hygiene items (deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.)
🩷 Female hygiene products
🥨 Individually packaged snacks
🍜 Quick, individual meals (microwave mac & cheese, ramen cups, oatmeal cups, granola bars, etc.)
🩹 First aid supplies (Band-Aids, antibiotic ointment, antiseptic wipes, etc.)
🧩 Fidgets and sensory items

Donations can be dropped off in the collection box located in our waiting room during business hours.

Nothing is too small. Whether it's a single box of granola bars, a package of Band-Aids, or a stick of deodorant, every donation helps to remind a young person that someone cares.

Together, we can help create a space where young people feel supported, valued, and seen.

We were honored to offer two scholarships to support two incredible students as they continue their educational journeys into the mental health field. Thank you for allowing us a glimpse into your stories, passions, and goals for the future.

Final numbers are in for our “FILL THE TRUCK” food and money drive for Community Pathways.

We are so grateful for our team and our community!

292 pounds of food
4 large bags of clothes
$400 in cash donations…Full Circle matched this bringing the final monetary donation to $800!

🎉 Full Circle Presents: Fill the Truck Friday! 🎉

Full Circle saw the need…and turned it into a challenge! Now it’s your chance to join the fun, compete a little, and make a BIG impact right here in our community.

In just 10 short days, our goal is not just to fill our truck bed…we want to OVERFLOW it with food, laundry, and hygiene items! But wait—we’re turning up the challenge: Full Circle will match total donations up to $500 for Community Pathways!

They need us now more than ever. We may not be able to change the whole world, but together, we can make a difference.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month
From a therapist’s heart to yours.

If you’re reading this, maybe you’re someone who’s struggled with dark thoughts. Maybe you’ve lost someone to su***de. Or maybe you care deeply about mental health and want to understand more.

Wherever you’re coming from — We want to say this plainly: You matter. Your pain matters. And you're not alone.

As therapists, we’ve sat with people in their most painful moments. We’ve listened as they talked about feeling like a burden, like things will never get better, like the world might be better off without them. And we’ve seen those same people find reasons to stay — sometimes small at first. A pet. A song. A friend. A memory. A hope.

Suicidal thoughts aren’t a character flaw. They’re a signal — a sign that someone is in unbearable emotional pain and doesn’t know how to keep going. What they need isn’t shame, judgement or silence. They need support. They need to be heard. They need a path forward, even if it's just one small step at a time. They need to borrow a light.

This month is about raising awareness, yes — but more than that, it’s about breaking the silence. It’s about reminding people that it’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to not be okay. And it’s okay to stay.

If you're struggling right now, we want to offer you this:
You are not broken. You are human. And your story isn't over yet.

If you’ve lost someone, please know: their pain wasn't your fault. You're allowed to grieve, to be angry, to ask questions, to feel it all.

And if you want to help, start with listening. With compassion. With showing up — even when you don’t have the right words.

You never know when your kindness could be someone’s lifeline.
