Back-to-school season can bring a lot of emotions; excitement, nerves, worry, and everything in between.

We put together this Back-to-School Mental Health Toolkit with simple ways parents and caregivers can support their child through the transition.

Remember, some back-to-school nerves are completely normal. Every child adjusts differently, and it can take time to get comfortable with new teachers, classmates, routines, and expectations.

🎒📚 Back-to-school season is here, and our Waseca TCM team made sure their students were ready!

The team came together to organize their own backpack project, gathering backpacks and school supplies for 48 Waseca TCM clients. 💚

Such a great example of finding a meaningful way to support the kids and families they work with. We’re proud of the Waseca TCM team!
