📋 Kelley is a vital part of our Social Services Team, and what truly sets her apart is the exceptional kindness and positivity she brings to work every single day. In addition to her essential tasks as a rehab social worker, Kelley frequently steps up to help with admissions paperwork, keeping the process flowing smoothly whenever our admissions coordinator is unavailable. She is a quiet problem solver who always gets the job done. But what we appreciate most isn’t just her efficiency, it is her genuinely supportive nature that makes our workplace a much happier, more welcoming environment. In any organization, technical skills can be taught, but a genuinely kind heart cannot. Kelley constantly lifts the morale of everyone around her, and we are so incredibly glad to have her at CCRLC.
☀️ LuAnn goes above and beyond every single day, bringing safety, kindness, and plenty of smiles to our residents. She is a dedicated team member with a big heart and a strong willingness to jump in and help wherever she is needed. No matter how busy her shift is, LuAnn always finds time for a quick chat that brightens someone’s morning. She brings an unmatched warmth, humor, and support to the CCRLC community each day, making a lasting impact on both residents and staff alike.
