Today, we celebrate all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, father figures, and mentors who make a difference in our lives every day.

Thank you for your strength, guidance, hard work, wisdom, and the countless sacrifices you make for your families. Whether you're teaching life lessons, sharing a laugh, fixing things around the house, or simply being there when needed most, your impact is immeasurable.

We hope your day is filled with love, appreciation, and quality time with those who matter most.

From all of us, we wish every dad a very Happy Father's Day! 💙

💜 June is Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month 💜

Alzheimer's disease affects not only those living with the condition, but also the families, friends, and caregivers who support them every day.

If you have a loved one struggling with Alzheimer's or dementia, small actions can make a meaningful difference:

🧠 Maintain a consistent daily routine to reduce confusion and anxiety.

💬 Speak calmly and clearly, using simple sentences and allowing extra time for responses.

📸 Use photos, familiar objects, and music to help spark memories and encourage engagement.

🚶 Encourage safe physical activity and social interaction whenever possible.

❤️ Most importantly, be patient. Remember that challenging behaviors are often symptoms of the disease, not intentional actions.

Caregiving can be rewarding, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. Don't forget to care for yourself as well. Reach out to family, friends, support groups, or healthcare professionals when you need assistance.

This month, let's raise awareness, support research, and show compassion for the millions of individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease.

💜

💐 Happy Mother’s Day from Dr. McCoy’s Office!

Today we celebrate the moms, grandmothers, and mother figures who keep families healthy, strong, and running every single day.

From reminding everyone to take their vitamins… to knowing when it’s time to call the doctor — moms truly do it all. ❤️

We hope today brings you a little extra rest, appreciation, and maybe even a break from taking care of everyone else.

You deserve it.

Happy Mother’s Day! 💕

GOOGLE SAYS I'M DYING...DOC SAYS I'M FINE

Sound familiar? 😅

We’ve all been there — one quick search turns a simple symptom into a full-blown emergency in your head.

So before you spiral down the search rabbit hole… make the call. Because sometimes, you’re not dying — you just need the right diagnosis. 😉
