Hey guys it's Kelsey LMT!!

I am officially on maternity leave!! I'm leaving my business cellphone at the spa so I can take time away from work and focus on a safe delivery of babygirl and soaking up these last moments with my son before baby sis makes her arrival.

I will reach out via text when I know exactly what date I'm coming back to work. My plan is to be back first week of November.

Friendly Reminder Of Our Cancelation Policy 📣📢📣📢📣📢

You must provide us with a 24 hr notice prior to your appointment. If you fail to do so your card on file will be charged 50% of the services. If you completely NO SHOW it will be charged 100% of services. If your card on file has insufficient funds or expired we will send you an invoice. This invoice will have to be paid before we can reschedule your appointment. If you are using a gift certificate the day of your service the Cancelation Policy will still be applied. Meaning we will either take 50% of the gift certificate balance or 100%.

Here is our phone directory, please contact your service provider directly when you need to cancel or reschedule. If you see an email listed please contact that way or through our vagaro app, Facebook, or our Spirit Spa phone number 270.240.2603. Please leave a message on our answer machine.

We understand emergencies happen and we all get sick but please try and notify your service provider ASAP.

We love our client's dearly and we would rather you receive the service that you had scheduled then have to charge a fee. So please follow our Cancelation Policy.
