Happy Dashiversary to Tara! 🎉🌸

One year ago, Tara joined the Dash family, and what an incredible year it has been! Watching her grow from an exceptional RBT into a skilled and compassionate intern has been such a rewarding experience.

Over the past year, her clinical skills have flourished. From mentoring fellow RBTs and assisting BCBAs with assessments to writing treatment plans and helping develop staff training, Tara has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and give back. She approaches each challenge with thoughtfulness, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

There is no doubt that Tara is going to make a lasting impact on the lives of so many clients, families, and future clinicians throughout her career. We couldn’t be more proud of everything she has accomplished, and we are so excited to watch what comes next.

You know you have something truly special when your team chooses to spend a Friday night at the clinic after hours—just to hang out, laugh, and play games together. ❤️

This month’s Dash Bash was packed with energy, laughter, and nonstop “okay, one more round!” moments. We played Wavelength, Tapple, Nertz, and The Game of Life. Let’s just say Nertz brought out some competitive sides, and it was absolutely hilarious! 😂

Dash provided the Chipotle, Madison wowed everyone with an incredible dirty soda bar, Emma and Madison brought the games, and every single person brought the laughter.

Nights like this are a reminder that we’re not just coworkers. We’re a team that genuinely enjoys each other, shows up for one another, and makes even simple moments feel meaningful.

We are incredibly thankful for each member of our Dash family. This team is such a blessing, and we are so lucky to have every one of them. 💙💚
