When I saw VI Peel ask providers to pass the peel, I knew I wanted to be part of it. 😇🥰💞
VI Peel has been one of my favorite treatments for years, and it’s truly one of the gold standards in our practice. We’ve used it in so many different ways—from treating stubborn pigmentation and melasma to acne, acne scarring, texture, fine lines, and maintaining overall skin health. It’s one of those treatments that consistently delivers when it’s paired with the right skincare and treatment plan.
🙏🏼🥳🫶🏻 My biggest tip for treating pigmentation: Don’t stop at the peel. Pigmentation is a chronic condition for many people, not a one-time fix. A series of treatments combined with the proper home care is what creates long-lasting, beautiful results.
💧👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Hydration matters more than most people realize. Healthy, hydrated skin heals better, peels more evenly, and gives you brighter, smoother results. I always encourage my patients to stay consistent with a quality moisturizer before and after their peel because your skin barrier plays a huge role in your outcome.
☀️ And please wear your sunscreen! If you’re investing in flawless skin but skipping SPF, you’re making it much harder to maintain your results. UV exposure is one of the biggest triggers for pigmentation to return, and protecting your skin daily is one of the best anti-aging and pigment-preventing habits you can have. Your treatment is only as good as the care you give your skin afterward.
To my fellow providers—I’d love to pass the peel to you! What are your favorite VI Peel tips, tricks, or treatment combinations? What results have impressed you the most? Let’s help educate our patients and share what makes this treatment such a staple in our practices. 🤍
