We’re excited to continue a tradition of bringing convenient healthcare to Owen County schools!

For the 4th year, Triad Health Systems is proud to offer our Owen County School-Based Clinic, providing medical care for students and staff right within the Owen County School System.

📅 The clinic officially starts September 22nd!

📋 Registration packets are being sent home with your child. Be sure to look for the packet, complete the medical forms, and return them to the school so your child can receive care through the school-based clinic.

Clinic Hours:
🗓️ Tuesdays & Fridays
⏰ 8:30 AM–11:00 AM
