At Flourishing Minds Wellness Center, support extends beyond therapy.

Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is designed to help individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions build greater independence, access community resources, and receive coordinated support as they continue their wellness journey.

Through PRP, participants are supported with connecting to services, navigating resources, strengthening daily living skills, and working toward a more stable, empowered, and independent life.

Every person deserves access to care, guidance, and the tools needed to flourish.

Wellness looks different for everyone, and at Flourishing Minds Wellness Center, we believe in creating moments that support the mind, body, and soul.

Through holistic activities like yoga, movement, mindfulness, and intentional wellness practices, our clients have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and pour back into their overall well-being.

They are also provided wellness drinks as a refreshing reminder that caring for yourself can be simple, nourishing, and intentional.

These moments are about more than activities. They are about creating space for healing, connection, balance, and community.

As we enter our 3rd week of the Flourishing Minds Wellness Enrichment Summer Program, we’re reflecting on all the joy, growth, and connection from last week.

Our campers enjoyed a full week of swimming, bowling, worksheets, games, and holistic physical activities designed to support their minds, bodies, and confidence.

At Flourishing Minds Wellness Center, enrichment is more than keeping youth busy during the summer. It’s about giving them space to learn, move, express themselves, build friendships, and create memories that pour into their overall wellness.

We’re so proud of the energy our campers continue to bring each week, and we can’t wait to see how they keep flourishing 🪷
