Our non-medical home care company is seeking an On-Call Care Coordinator to provide after-hours support for our clients and caregivers. Every shift is different, and every day presents a new challenge. Your job is to keep care running smoothly when the unexpected happens.

Schedule
This is an after-hours, on-call position covering:
• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour on-call coverage

This position is compensated with a daily on-call stipend, so you’ll be paid simply for being available—even if no calls come in.

What You’ll Do
Answer after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and family members.
Resolve scheduling issues, call-offs, and last-minute staffing needs.
Coordinate caregiver coverage to ensure clients receive uninterrupted care.
Communicate professionally and compassionately during urgent situations.
Document calls and actions taken.
Escalate concerns when appropriate.
Work independently while making sound decisions under pressure.
