Progressive Health of Fayette is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team as we prepare to reopen our hospital!

This full-time, Monday–Friday position will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, benefits, policies and procedures, and day-to-day HR operations.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Healthcare or hospital HR experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits
Hospital reopening experience is a plus!

Mississippi is set to receive nearly $206 million in federal Rural Health Transformation Program funding aimed at improving healthcare access in rural communities across the state.

The funding will support initiatives such as telehealth expansion, technology and cybersecurity upgrades, facility improvements, workforce development, and enhanced care coordination.
